Boot Lickers Hands Crushed

I order the slave to lie down on the ground an eat my boot feet while I sit on the chair, but this loser cant keep his mitts to himself - so I grab his palms, pull them above his head and place the chair gams on his hands. I sit down on the chair and press the chair legs into his hands with my full weight. Now he cant touch anything and has to continue licking my boots. After licking the boot soles in this painful position hes allowed to get up and lick the rest of my boots while sitting on the floor!
